Campus open; don't drink the water
As of Monday, April 15, there is a boil water notice, meaning you shouldn't drink water from the fountains at the Port Arthur campus until the all-clear is give. STUDENTS, FACULTY & STAFF:
All facilities at the Port Arthur campus of Lamar State College Port Arthur are now open and available for use as we head into the new week.
BUT, due to a boil water notice, please don’t drink the water from fountains on campus.
The college will provide drinking water at various locations across campus and water is also available in the Seawall Café inside the Student Center.
We will send out updated information once water on campus is safe to drink again.
